- Flexible glass fiber filling machine for silencers and plastic bags (manually operated).

- The machine is equipped with a roving feeder with the possibility to run either one or two nozzles.  The filling capacity is 52 grams per second for each nozzle (when the speed on the feeder roll is 950 RPM), which gives a total maximum filling rate of 104 grams per second. The roving feeder is built in a box with transparent acrylic doors. The nozzle is equipped with mechanical cutting and may be either mounted or manipulated by hand.

- Optional: a compatible vacuum unit with bypass valve and suction control is also available. It is enclosed into its own sound enclosure and is equipped with a silencer on the outlet for additional sound control.

- Optional: a powder feeder can be connected and controlled by the machine to enable preform production.

- The machine is equipped with a PLC system and counters for setting the quantity of glass fiber roving (Mitsubishi PLC is standard equipment with an option to order Siemens or Allen-Bradley PLC).
