M705 mat is made of randomly oriented chopped glass strands bonded together in mat form using an emulsion binder. The emulsion binder uniquely bonds the mat so that it conforms rapidly to highly contoured molds. It is a porous, well bonded mat which maintains its integrity during the impregnation process and provides an uniform wet-through rate. The emulsion binder produces superior handling properties compared to powder bonded mats.

The M153 chopped strand mat is made with large or high size strands of Advantex® Glass Roving, held together by a powder binder which is extremely soluble in styrene. The basic strand has a sizing system containing a silane coupling agent. This sizing system of the strands and the nature of the binder also make M153 suitable for use with epoxy, vinylester and anticorrosion resins.

The M113 chopped strand mat is made with medium size strands of Advantex® Glass Roving, held together by a powder binder which is extremely soluble in styrene.

M137 Chopped Stand Mat for Hand Lay-up is made of randomly orientated medium size chopped strands bonded together in mat form using a powder binder extremely soluble in styrene. Sizing system combined with the binder properties make M137 highly compatible with polyester and vinylester resins.

M134 Chopped Strand mat is made with medium size strands of E-glass, held together by a powder binder which is extremely soluble in styrene. The basic strand has a sizing system containing a silane coupling agent.
This sizing system of the strands and the nature of the binder also make M134 suitable for use with epoxy, vinylester and anti-corrosion resins in the following applications: automotive, trucks, sport and leisure, urban, industrial and marine parts.

M534 Chopped Strand mat is made from E-glass medium size Chopped Strands. They are held together by an emulsion binder, soluble in styrene, which gives M534 an excellent compatibility with UP resins.
The basic strand has a sizing system containing a silane coupling system.

M710B is designed to be compatible with polyester, epoxy and vinylester resins and used both as gel coat backup and standard laminate reinforcement for most contact molding applications where quick wetting, rapid air release, good conformability and low resin consumption are desired.

M821B is designed to be compatible with polyester, epoxy, polyurethane and vinylester resins and used in process like RTM, Vacuum, S-RIM and Press Molding where is necessary good fiber washing resistance, softness and good conformability.

M720 is a medium-fine fiber, rapid wetting chopped strand mat that is composed of multi compatible saline sized chopped glass fibers, bonded together with a small amount of highly soluble polyester powder binder. M720 can be used for: Matched Metal Die wet molding; Open mold applications requiring highly conformable mat.
