Twintex® products are available with Polypropylene matrix (PP). Both 60% and 75% weight of glass loadings are available.
Direct Rovings are available as:
• packages (inside unwind)
• bobbins (outside unwind)
• 60% glass content
• 75% glass content
• Available in natural and black
The roving is the base material for the whole product line.
Twintex® is also available in various woven styles, according to the degree of conformability or directionality of the required reinforcement loading.

| TWINTEX® P PP | TWINTEX® P PP is a consolidated plate based on TWINTEX® fabrics. TWINTEX® P PP is processed by in-mold pressure after heating above melting temperature of PP matrix: 180°C–230°C (360°F- 450°F). | |
| TWINTEX® R PP | TWINTEX® R PP is a roving made of commingled E-glass and polypropylene filaments. TWINTEX® R PP is suitable for filament winding, pultrusion, reinforcement of extruded profiles and weaving. Consolidation is done by heating the roving above melting temperature of PP matrix (180°C–230°C / 360°F-450°F) and applying a pressure before cooling step under pressure. | |
| TWINTEX® T PP | TWINTEX® T PP is a fabric made of TWINTEX® roving (commingled E-glass and polypropylene filaments). Consolidation is done by heating above melting temperature of PP matrix (180°C-230°C / 360°F-450°F) and applying a low pressure (1-30 bars), before cooling step under pressure. | |
| TWINTEX® TP PP | Twintex® Long Glass Fiber Concentrate / PP Pellets (TP PP) are obtained by pultrusion of Twintex® TR PP rovings They are coated with a plastic blend that protects them during transport and that can contain application- specific additives package as per the applications requirements the product has to fulfil. TWINTEX® TP PP is mainly used to produce injected TP parts requiring structural performances like impact, or mechanical performances in Temperature exposition. | |
